Hey Nanc,
I just thought of this , with our newly formed Leadership Developement Consultant group having a booth at convention, this would be something that you really should be going to to talk with these gals on getting your NLT going at your facility. Maybe you need to mention that to your nurse who feels differantly about your going this year. I think it would be beneficial and important for you to do this as it sounds to me that you are pretty much the one setting up and organizing everything there. There would be so much more for you to learn about all this and it be wise for them to have you do this, so let them know about this opportunity ok. This is something new that is just getting started. It will be great for all our newer members .

that sounds like a good idea i was wondering how i could convince her that i should b one of the ones going and that is a great idea. thanks for that i will do my best to b there and u will b the third one to know if it was successful. i would really like to go this year, i really wanna meet you, and get some more great ideas from you. let you know if ill b there. later nancyl

good Nanc hope you are successfull with her as i di strongly feel that you should be there too. You can learn alot from all of us to be able to take that back and really get your facility moving with nahca for next year there is alot for yous to learn and do with your employees so it is important for you to attend i would like to meet all of yous ok good luck keep me posted i am i Kansas City since WEd for meetings and going to Joplin later today for w/e meetings with our steering commission also

we are going to make the reservations for the hotel tomorrow and we are going to have our meeting on friday to determine who is going to the convention. i already told them that i would like to go again, so hopefully it will happen. keep ur fingers crossed

I have some exciting news my facility is paying for 6 of us to go. no money will come out of out NAHCA fund. i cant believe it there were 6 people that wanted to go and instead of trying to decide who was going to go the administator decided to send all of us. ISNT THAT AWESOME?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited am pumped up to go yes I AM GOING to be there this year and am very excited. It seems that all my hard work here at my facillity has really paid off. there is going to be two new cnas that are going and they are just as excited as i am. i cant wait to see the whole crew, and oklahoma city too. cant wait SEE YOU THEN
